Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 8200 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. 8200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms of use, or to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. Any legitimate balance remaining in an account closed for valid reasons will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 8200 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality or security of the platform.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party without written consent from 8200.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or promotions to gain an unfair advantage.
- Distributing content that is fraudulent, seditious, or in violation of Malaysian law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and appropriate legal proceedings.
Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 8200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers, local eWallets, and other methods available at the time.
Deposit Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method. All deposited funds must belong to the registered account holder. 8200 reserves the right to reject or hold any transaction suspected of involving funds from an illegitimate source.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name. 8200 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and when the request is submitted.
Note: Any withdrawal attempt involving a third-party account or inconsistent information may result in the transaction being held pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
